It’s that time of year where family and friends of Cornelius come together to enjoy, music, food, and fun! It’s time for us to have a safe time outside. With so much stress from day to day, come and relax with your community. This highly anticipated event will have you smiling all day. Bring your chairs and blankets on May 22nd, 2021 to Smithville Park (19710 South Ferry St.) from 5PM-8PM.

Cornelius PARC Department and Event partner with Smithville Community Coalition for the Cornelius Jazz Festival at Smithville Park. We will adhere to all COVID-19 regulations. Please wear your mask and stay 6ft apart. Also participate in our silent auction.

Community Plot:

We are currently in our spring season, and it is the perfect time to plant and grow your flowers or vegetables. The recent community garden clean-up has left this area beautiful and ripe to be used. We currently have garden plots available! Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing a plot. Please make sure you renew your plot if you have previously purchased one.

• The fee is $25 per season plus a refundable deposit of $25
